On Wed. June 24, the Association of Philadelphia Tour Guides (APT) offers a lecture by its president, Judy Smith, “From Philadelphia to the NJ Pine Barrens: Ironmaster Charles Read.” She will chronicle the history of her Medford Lakes neighborhood and its ties to Philadelphia while focusing on Charles Read’s quest to become the greatest ironmaster in New Jersey. The talk will be followed by some social zoom time.

Judy is an APT-certified tour guide who has been guiding since 2014. She is the current president of APT.
