In April 2022, the APT Board was presented with a report from the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee with recommendations to begin the process of transforming APT into a more diverse, inclusive, equitable, and relevant organization. The Board has voted to adopt the principles and goals outlined and move forward on the recommendations in the report.
This report is only a starting point. DEI is always evolving, and APT must find what works and what doesn’t within the association.
