Philly Magic Tours Company has created a walking tour that is also a walking magic show. Your guide is an award-winning magician who blends magic and history. The tour goes through Old City Philadelphia past historic and a few offbeat locations. The history of each location is the inspiration for a fun and mind-bending magic trick. There are only a few facts provided at each stop. The goal is to make the tour entertaining, and have you remember the key points about each location.

An example stop is the 2nd Bank of the U.S. Attendees are shown reproductions of state and city paper currencies before the Legal Tender Act of 1862. Once the act was passed, a common national currency was established. As this is explained the reproductions instantly change to common, one dollar bills.
