The French Influence in Philadelphia
September 29 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

Tour has been rescheduled to Friday, September 29. All other information is the same.
Philadelphia now has the proud distinction of being one of just eight destinations in the United States with its own Michelin Green Guide. The Guide declared Philadelphia the “Frenchest American city.” Association of Philadelphia Tour Guides (APT) member Elise Bromberg is offering a complimentary 90-minute walking tour to find out why. Her tour “The French Influence in Philadelphia” explains how it all began at the time of William Penn in 1685 and continues through today. Join her to look at the significant historic, cultural, architectural, and culinary French imprints on this beautiful city!
The new date for the tour is Friday, September 29, at 11 am. It starts in front of “The Thinker” sculpture at the Rodin Museum (2151 Ben Franklin Parkway) and ends at Café Cret (110 N. 16th St.) for wrap-up and café et croissant. The tour is complimentary and tips are welcome. To register, contact Elise . Please join us!
