On Wednesday January 12 at 7 pm, APT will hold its first monthly meeting of 2022 on Zoom. The meeting will open with a discussion of the plans and committees for the new year. This is an opportune time for members to get involved and share their opinions/ suggestions/ help.

Following that discussion, APT member MJ Baum has offered to host a trivia game she developed a few years back based on Robert K. Wittman’s book Priceless: How I Went Undercover to Rescue the World’s Stolen Treasures. You don’t have to know anything about the book to participate – in fact, it will probably be funnier if you don’t! Turns out many spectacular art heists were tied in some way to Philadelphia. MJ scoured the city for some great prizes – you won’t want to miss it!

APT meetings are open to aspiring and working tour guides as well as anyone with an interest in Philadelphia-focused history. Those interested can attend one in-person meeting for free and then it is $50 to join the association for the year or $10 per in-person meeting.

APT has decided to discount membership for 2022: $25 individual and $100 corporate. More information is available on the membership page.
