In honor of the 300th anniversary of Ben Franklin’s first arrival in Philadelphia, APT member Jim Houliston will provide the Association of Philadelphia Tour Guides (APT) members with his tour “Ben Franklin’s Genius and the Neuroscience Behind It” at 5 pm on Friday October 6. The tour leaves from the Market Street entrance of the Independence Visitor Center (corner of 6th and Market Streets).

The focus of Jim’s tour is Ben’s lifestyle practice known as mirror movement development (MMD). Learn about this brain and body self-improvement practice and its connection to Franklin, Da Vinci, Jefferson, and other famous luminaries from both history and today during this 90-minute complimentary walking tour.
